Registration for Colleton County parents who seek to have their child attend public school Kindergarten or Pre-Kindergarten next school year (2022-23) will begin February 22, 2022 and continue through April 30, 2023.
Parents with children who will be four years-old by September 1, 2022 should register for Pre-Kindergarten through the online registration forms below. Four year-olds will be assessed for possible enrollment . Screenings will occur from March 1 to April 30, 2022. Parents will be contacted to set up screening appointments.
Decisions on placement for Pre-Kindergarten will be made at each school after screenings are complete. Children are ranked in order of greatest need for participation based on the Child Early Reading and Development Education Program (CERDEP) guidelines. Placement is not based on a "first come first served basis."
Interested parents with children who will be five years-old by September 1, 2022, should complete the Kindergarten registration through the online registration forms below. Attendance zone information can be found on the Colleton County School District's website.
After completing the fillable registration forms online, parents should scan and email the form, along with their child's long form birth certificate, state certificate of immunizations (shot record) and two proofs of residency (such as utility bill showing a home address) to [email protected].
